Yoga with Terry

If you can’t bear to think of a holiday without sometime on your yoga mat, then why not book a drop-in lesson with Terry Bruce, Lucy’s own yoga teacher?
Yoga – connecting with nature
One of the things that attracted Lucy to Terry’s classes is their shared love of the outdoors, nature and the stunning countryside of Exmoor. There’s no question that connecting with the earth under our feet gives an awe-inspiring depth to yoga practice. Standing on the ground, feeling and adapting to the lumps and bumps of the earth is very special. So too is enjoying the gentle waft of rose and lavender fragrance, the sound of birdsong and bees, and the feeling of lovely, lush grass under your skin during summer outdoor yoga sessions.
Yoga in any season
If you are staying in the warmer months, then you’ll be able to experience barefoot yoga with a small group in the wonderful cottage garden. And if you visit us in the winter months or the evenings, the indoor spaces are just as relaxing too! You might choose the evening class at Wheddon Cross and combine it with a trip to one of the pubs or tearooms en-route. For larger groups it may be possible to arrange a custom-made session at your Exmoor Character Cottage (excludes The Oval). Please contact Terry directly for availability and prices (details below).
