We’ve intensified our already stringent cleaning regime. Read the measures we’ve taken in our blog here.
We have completed numerous risk assessments including those from the AA, VisitEngland and the Professional Association of Self Caterers. You can view our risk assessments online or in the Guest Book of the cottage you’re staying in. And, we hired an expert to assess all the measures we’ve taken. You can read his article here.
Back in March 2020, we introduced The Exmoor Character Cottage No Risk Protected Bookings Scheme for those guests who booked directly with us between 23rd March and 4th August 2020. This has subsequently been updated with our Protected Bookings Scheme 2 to reflect changes in Government guidance.
